Oversee the planning + capital improvement, horticulture, and maintenance divisions of Anchorage Parks and Recreation. The role includes development of the capital budget, program, strategic planning, staff management, and execution of capital improvements.

Survey and remove non-native, invasive plants using a Trimble GPS unit and manual control methods in Denali National Park. Assisted with long-term and remote vegetation structure study in Yukon Charley National Preserve through the Central Alaskan NPS Botany Department.
