Reconnecting
Reading

Project Description
"Reconnecting Reading" was driven by a passion for public projects that involved issues of equity, connectivity, and ecological health. While exploring projects for my senior capstone, I was fortunate enough to connect with staff from the City of Reading and produce this waterfront master plan. "Reconnecting Reading" dives into the cultural economic and ecolocical history, of the Schuylkill River waterfront and upstream confluence of Tulpehocken Creek. Upon completion of this project the City of Reading I was awarded a Proclamation of Service from for the Master Plan Schuylkill River Waterfront Redevelopment Plan.
Looking back at this project, I now find countless typos and mistakes, but approach with a gentleness that allows me to fully appreciate the amount of information was consumed, churned, and spit back out during my final semester at Temple University.
